The Socalled Movie

The movie is a kaleidoscopic portrait, about his different talents and his creative processes. With the assistance of my friend, designer Sean Yendrys, I borrowed some of Socalled personal items to create the set. As Socalled is an avid collector - you can pretty much find anything in his apartment if you look hard enough - my aim was to portray his multi-faceted personality through the well selected items which we carried from his place to the shooting set in a shopping cart.
Did I mention that it was in the depths of a cruel Canadian winter ?
